Andrew in the service department was amazing. My car had an intermittent issue that my extended warranty was balking at repairing, and he spent over two hours on the phone patiently providing them with more pictures, more videos, until they finally approved the repair work. He made sure I had rides to and from the dealership and was just all-around fantastic. I will use them again!

I took my 2020 Rogue to Sid Dillon for a suspension related noise. It was seen by another “mechanic” in town who told me I need two new struts on a car with 26,000 miles. I didn’t think that was right. Once at Sid Dillon, Brad who was actually a mechanic for 35 years, was able pinpoint the noise and order the part. He knows his stuff.

Immediately walking in to Sid Dillon you feel welcome! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Bought my car from a different dealer and it had been having issues starting, it had to be towed to Nissan and a part had to be ordered and wasn’t supposed to get there until December 31st. They called with updates and were very helpful in making sure I knew what was going on with my car! It came and they got my car done 10 days early! Could not recommended more!!

They are courteous, aware of your time, are prompt and they keep you informed throughout the time you are there. If it’s a long wait they provide rides to home and come get you when the car is done. They value you as a customer.
Sid Dillon has been my go to since buying a new car there in 2013, for routine maintenance and vehicle purchases. Most recently, Sherry went above and beyond to find us a vehicle that fit both our needs and budget as well as the Nissan service side taking care of my daughter with some tire issues. I appreciate the communication from both the service locations we use.

Wonderful group of people. Helped me when I was out of my hometown with a tire going down. I thought maybe I had a nail in it, but service staff kept checking it until they found a leaky tire valve. Fixed that, then replaced an airbag due to a recall. Kept me posted on what was going on the whole time I was waiting.

Great salesman, Nathan Jarvis. Very knowledgeable about Buick features. I was shocked and disappointed that the vehicle did not come with an owners manual. This is a very odd action on Buick’s part. Viewing it on the vehicle’s display is tedious, at best.
As always, Sid Dillon took care of things in a timely fashion, kept me informed. I've been a customer since 2008. Satisfaction every time. The Staff is always helpful and friendly. Can't think of any other place I'd rather go that would take care of me as well as they do.

Best service department i’ve ever visited. Started off with a gentle handshake from Chase Hartung, very respectful man and very professional manner. I then had to use the restrooms and boy was I even more impressed. The automatic soap dispenser is a 15/10 and the scent in the bathroom was invigorating and delightful at the same time. I will be back and it will probably be to take a nap in the waiting room and horse around in the bathroom!
